Two service models
- On-site kitchen: we run your kitchen and canteen; staffing, purchasing and hygiene procedures are our responsibility. Each kitchen serves 100 to 3,000 meals a day.
- Delivered meals: cooked at our certified production sites, delivered on time for each shift in insulated containers and served in your canteen.
Meal types
- Day-shift, night-shift, snack and overtime meals for workers.
- Office meals and special meals for holidays and company events.
- Expat meals with dedicated menus.
Menus and portions
Menus are planned weekly and sent for approval in advance. Each price level has a portion specification (meat, fish, vegetables, rice) attached to the contract, and the food cost of every menu is calculated before approval so the promised quality is kept.
Transparent headcount and billing
- Your coordinator confirms the actual number of meals each day through a link, with no paperwork.
- At the end of each period we prepare a statement from the confirmed days, send it for your approval and issue a VAT e-invoice.
- Receiving notes, food-check logs and sample logs are kept for your inspection.
Kitchen staff
Each kitchen has a supervisor responsible for nutrition, stock and staff. New employees are trained in company rules and food safety and receive uniforms before their first shift; every kitchen follows a 12-month training plan.
