Nutrition by age group
Weekly menus balance energy, protein, fat and carbohydrates for each age group. Dishes are soft and easy to eat and rotate regularly so children do not tire of them.
Food safety at school
- Ingredients are weighed and checked for appearance and origin documents on arrival; non-conforming goods are returned immediately.
- Three-step food checks under Decision 1246/QĐ-BYT and food samples kept for at least 24 hours.
- Check logs and sample logs are recorded in our system and can be printed whenever inspectors visit.
Ready for HanoiCheck
From the 2026–2027 school year, school kitchens in Hanoi are managed through a digital platform. Our system exports daily menus, ingredients, suppliers and origins for schools to upload.
